Commission Me
I accept private, corporate and commercial commissions. Here is a detailed overview of the standard engagement. Client engagement and communication is at the forefront of this process.

We will discuss what you would like to commission. Through a series of curated questions, I aim to discover your painting ideas, dreams, and life inspirations via email or a call: (757) 876-2287.
Live locally and want me to match your painting to your home or businesses interior color pallets? I often start my commissions process with a site visit to get a personal sense of your decor taste, color inspiration and even your personality to dream up the perfect piece customized to you.

Contract Payment
Together we will identify your desired subject matter and unique style, size, your edge, preferred communication preferences and price. — Once established, you will receive a one-page contract outlining the sale. 50% is due upon signing, and 50% is due upon completion and approval — prior to shipping/drop off or a scheduled pick up at my studio.

Delivery
Upon receipt of full payment, the work will be shipped (a tracking number will be provided by email). Shipping is not included in the sale price, but will be estimated in contract. Local pickups are available upon request, but must be determined within the contract phase.
Transparency

Commissions are scheduled based on the order they are received.

A signed contract and 50% down payment secures a time slot. I'll estimate the time- but as with anything in art- it will not be exact.

Corporate and commercial commissions may require a statement of work.

I am available for travel to create a commission on-location (travel and lodging paid by collector).

Shipping is NOT included in the sale price, but will be estimated upon contract and payment.

Sales tax may apply- dependent on shipping location.

International collectors are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes.

I will create a visual sketchbook showcasing 2-5 potential compositions and send them to you via email for review and approval.

I will send you an email questionnaire to gather more information about the piece we are creating.

You can choose to receive frequent visual updates by email throughout the process.

Approval
I will send a visual preview of your painting for approval, prior to signing.

Recap
The completed process will be outlined in-depth, featuring photos, commentary and a time lapse video. You can choose to share the post on my site, or keep
it private.
